Your Direction Ltd are members of the Travel Trust Association, a travel trade association which exists in order to provide you with 100% financial protection. Every penny that you pay us is protected by the Travel Trust Association.

All members of the Travel Trust Association have to abide by the members Code of Conduct. This is to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.

It means that you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that Travel Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of Holiday Designers becoming insolvent.

Your Direction Ltd will deposit your money into our Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account designated to hold our customers moneys.

Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed Trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor. Both Holiday Designers and the Trustee are required to authorise payments from the Trust Account.

All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays in this brochure are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. On payment, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. Please check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) are listed.
